About the practice.

iQonic Aesthetics operates across six locations in London and Manchester, led by Mr. Adrian Richards — a surgeon whose career spans 30 years, a foundational textbook for British plastic surgery training, and Cosmetic Courses, the UK's largest aesthetic education institution. Mr. Ali Arnaout joined as a junior surgeon, trained with some of the best breast surgeons in the world, and became a partner within 12 months. Together with Miss Suzie Murphy, Mr. Giuseppe Di Taranto, and Professor Sandip Hindocha, they lead one of the most experienced multi-surgeon aesthetic teams in the country.

The practice runs the UK's most established Mia Femtech and Preservation Breast Augmentation program. Patients come because the expertise is demonstrable. They stay because the consultation is what it should be: honest, thorough, and built entirely around their goals. iQonic will tell you when a procedure is right for you. They will also tell you when it is not — and that honesty is as much a part of the standard as the surgery itself.
