How long to use ointment after blepharoplasty?

Applying step by step

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water to avoid introducing bacteria to the wound.
2. Squeeze a small amount of the ointment (approximately ½ inch) onto a clean fingertip or a sterile cotton swab.
3. Gently dab or spread the ointment directly onto the incision sites on your eyelids. Ensure even coverage without pressing too hard.
4. Do not touch the tip of the ointment tube to your skin or the wound to keep it sterile.
5. Repeat as directed by your surgeon, usually 2–3 times a day.
